Binding partially detached at both hinges. Antique bookstore sticker to front pastedown and penned name à vis. Scritta paper is fragile, with few pages having a minor short tear or chip around the edges. Page 767 has larger missing chunk from fore-edge. Moderate wear to boards, split corners and some fading to text block. Clasp is working though a bit warped. Overall presenting well.
