Black cloth boards have raised detailing along the boarder of front and back boards. Edges are straight. Corners are bumped on top edge. Gold emblem in center of front board. Trivial surface markings present from handling. Spine is uncreased with gold titling and detailing. Edges are rubbed. Text block is square with a gold gilt top edge and deckled pages. Binding is secure. Page numbers are continuous from previous volume (1443-1732p). Marbled end pages are clean. Protective sheet over first tipped in page is creased with an open tear near the gutter. All remains attached. Some light damp stains present at the top edge and into gutter of a few pages. Interior otherwise appears unmarked and includes several tipped in colored and b/w illustrations through out.
