This first edition has boards quarter bound in black cloth with red paper that has straight edges. Corners are lightly creased. Spine is uncreased with gold titling. Edges are bumped. Text block is square with deckled pages and a lightly foxed top edge. Binding is firm. 230p. Foxed end pages. Interior is otherwise unmarked with crisp pages through out. Dark Dust Jacket has bold cover illustration. Corners as well as head and foot of spine of jacket are creased and chipped. Jacket is now protected inside clean mylar with straight edges and pointed corners. Light surface scratches present.
