Ex-library copies with the typical stamps and markings present. No date listed, probably circa 1900. A few notations on rear endpaper of volume one. Interiors are otherwise unmarked. Rear hinge on volume two is cracked. Hole puncture on tissue flyleaf on vol. 2. Bindings are intact with secure hinges. Bound in maroon cloth with gilt tilting, gilt top edges, and lightly bumped corners. Rear panels are scuffed and rubbed, as pictured. A few light stains present on text-block. Possible damp stain on spines.
