Inscribed by Cline on title page, "Compliments of the author". Cline was the inspiration for Eric Larson's book "Isaac's Storm", a prolific Texan meteorologist. This was one of the last written by Cline, after his retirement. 29p. Pamphlet remains in good condition, with content unmarked aside from normal foxing and bit of curling in corners. Binding is split at ends though staples still secure. Moderate wear to wraps, including a chipped corner and bits of indentation along fore edge of cover.
