Text remains perfectly legible with deckle edges and scattered foxing. Bound in sage green cloth with gilt lettering, gilt top edge, and minor insect damage on surfaces. Boards are mildly curved. Binding is tight with hinges split but securely attached. Includes envelope with contents inside and a mini book glued on rear endpage. Page 313 is torn out and missing most text, as pictured. Still, a good reading copy.
