Boards are bound in dark cloth with straight edges and pointed corners. Boards have heavy damage including damp stains across front and back boards but remain straight and sturdy. Spine is uncreased with gold gilt titling. Edges are rubbed and lightly creased. Text block is square with toning edges. Trivial markings present on fore edge. Binding is secure. 314p. End pages are foxing and toned. There is an inscription in black marker on front fly leaf present. Gutter of pages 196 and 197 is cracked near the top but remains intact and secure. Interior is otherwise unmarked with white pages through out. Dust Jacket is intact with white and yellow titling. Heavy aging and handling wear present. Creased and chipped edges with open and closed tears at the head and foot of spine.
