This assumed first edition (no date listed) has boards three quarter bound in black leather with straight edges and rubbed corners. Surface wear is present with patina along the top edges and foxing along the fore edge. Spine is uncreased with gold gilt titling and 4 raised bands. Small scratch and chipping present at the foot. Text block is square with toned edges. Binding is firm. 372p. End pages have toned edges and light foxing. Interior has a small penciled notation present at the top edge of title page, otherwise contents remain unmarked with thin pages through out.
