Carly has been with the company since 2013 and took over as General Manager at the end of 2020. Her favorite thing about working at the bookstore is seeing people excited about the books they found & hearing about other bookstores from out-of-towners. Her in-store specialties are cookbooks, horror & vintage Nancy Drew & Wizard of Oz; but her favorite subjects to read are high fantasy, comics, biographies, & journalistic deep dives into random subjects. She lives in St. Augustine with her partner and their various pets and plants.
