Bound in red cloth over boards, titled in gilt set against black title plate on spine. Boards otherwise clean with minimal edge wear. Front joint loosened. Text block foxed. Toned pages full of b/w illustrated inserts are unmarked aside from blind ex-libris stamp on the front fly. Jacket remains in fair condition, $7.50 price intact though edges and folds are heavily worn. A tear through the crown of the spine has been taped on inside. Surface mildly worn and tanned.
