Leather boards are surface scuffed, soiled and heavily worn around the edges. Once gilt borders around the cover boards are very dulled and scuffed away by wear along the margins. Banded spine is heavily chipped at the ends and marked by several large chipped areas in the center. Binding remains secure. 666pp. Marked only by a previous owners name and inscription penned on end papers. Pages are toned from age. Text block tanned and lightly foxed.
