95pp. A rare and early 20th century collection of Jacksonville Florida resident's addresses and telephone numbers, featuring local ads of downtown businesses. Text is unmarked with a warm patina and one colored plate in the back of the local publishing house. Bound in soiled blue cloth boards that are lightly bent with bug-eaten edges and water damage on back. Tightly bound with split hinges that remain attached. Baby foot imprint on front end-page with some non-active black mold present on back end-pages.
