168pp. Soft pages are lightly patinated though unmarked; includes eight lovely, color illustrated plates from Maginel Wright Enright throughout. Frontispiece, title page and rear end paper have a small tear at the bottom inside corner. Blue, cloth covered boards are lightly soiled with dark splotches over baby blue painted paneling, gilt titling and paste down- color illustrated paste down is heavily eroded. Otherwise, boards show normal wear with bumped corners and tanned spine. Hinges are slightly weak.
