Rehinged. Possibly rebound red cloth spine has a few chips and rubbed holes; front hinge is loose. Stapled binding is very tight, as a result the front flyleaf and title page have cracked off, though are still present. Fully illustrated pages are warmly toned and clean. Colorfully illustrated front board is bright and lightly patinated with minimally bumped corners; the back cover is rubbed and scuffed faintly.
