223pp. Bound in dark blue cloth, binding is square and hinges remain tight and fully attached. Spine shows bright gilt lettering and cover board corners are pointed. Text is unmarked on white pages with a blind embossed stamp on the front flyleaf and a small bookstore sticker on the front endpaper. Very good dust jacket is in bright yellow paper with two tonal purple and black text with purple designs; jacket is unclipped though shows general shelf wear, there are small tears at the folds of the inner flaps and darkly tanned spine has been largely chipped at the foot.
