Complete 25-volume set, centenary edition dedicated to the great granddaughter of Sir Walter Scott. Books are bound in red cloth with gilt and black detailing over front board and spine. All bindings are square and hinges are completely attached. Text appears to be unmarked, without any ex-libris stickers or inscriptions, on warmly toned pages. Cover boards are discolored in varying degrees with lightly sun faded spots, though cover detailing is vibrant over all copies. Spines are all sun faded, though black detailing is still very intense.
